This years Spring/Summer Couture Fashion Week was incredible. Not only were the pieces shown by these designers unique, but they thrived in diversity.
This show took couture to a whole new level. Every piece was a different variation of around four styles and the outcome totally worked.
Per usual, Raf Simmons worked wonders for Dior at this show. The Venue was to die for and all of the pieces were classic but had modern tones.
This show defiantly stood out among everything else I’ve seen at couture shows. Dontella Versace’s use of athleisure couture was phenomenal. The show was kicked off by Gigi Hadid who has recently been in tons of Versace campaigns.
Elie Saab has always been the best in couture in my eyes. Nothing is like these dresses and I don’t think anything ever will. They are classic but always improve as the years go on.
It’s hard to pick favorites but I must admit that Chanel’s couture show was fantastic. Every look was extremely different but they all tied together so well.
