Let me just say, Dallas isn’t too shabby of a place to live if you love fashion and shopping. With tons of boutiques to choose from, one rarely finds themselves empty handed after a day of shopping in DTX. While I’ve found lots of boutiques to love, my own personal shopping Mecca is Planet Bardot.
Located in a small little store on Knox Street, Planet Bardot became an instant hit for Dallasites upon opening. Capturing a casual California inspired style, Planet Bardot stands out from any boutique I’ve been to, especially in Dallas. I remember the first time I went into the store like it was yesterday. The second I walked through the door my love for fashion grew. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the clothes were stunning, and the jeans were piled up to the ceiling on shelves.
Whether you’re looking for Elizabeth & James, FRAME Denim, Helmut Lang, Joie, Vince, Rag and Bone, Philippe Model, Current Elliot, or tons of other brands, Planet Bardot has it all. PB has your back for any occasion you need to look great for. The sales girls at the shop are always willing to help their customers find the perfect outfit and accessories for anything and everything.
Over the years, Planet Bardot has become a go-to boutique for many locals. Its overwhelming popularity has lead this “small boutique” to expand its store and become even better. With a rack and a section for every brand, style, etc., PB has become more chic than ever. The new look of Planet Bardot is very classic yet trendy, and has kept its original look of simplicity. The selection of clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories has already grown, now including brands such as ATM, Smythe, Ulla Johnson, and The Great. The future has a lot in store for Planet Bardot.
