BEAUTY FOODS

Taking care of your body is so important. Making healthy choices that make you feel great and confident is so necessary to any persons life. One of the most valuable ways to remain healthy and beautiful is by your eating habits. Having a healthy diet consisting of all the vitamins and nutrients you need will keep you beautiful, energetic, and happy is so helpful in the long run. Here are some of my favorite foods that have a great impact on your health and natural beauty.

Strawberries

Strawberries are amazing for skin. They help build collagen and only one cup of them has a whole days worth of Vitamin C.

Avocado

Avocados are one of my favorite foods and they are loaded with vitamins C and E. They are low in carbs and help moisturize dry skin and hair. They help with aging skin cells.

Green Tea

Green tea has so many benefits with health and beauty. Green tea stimulates hair growth and keeps skin from aging. Another way to use green tea is by placing two tea bags under your eyes to reduce dark circles and puffiness.

Greek Yogurt

Low sugar greek yogurts are incredible for your health! I eat a cup of plain greek yogurt every morning because it fills me up, helps my skin, and strengthens hair and nails. Greek yogurt is also an immune system booster.
