BEAUTY FOODS

Taking care of your body is so important. Making healthy choices that make you feel great and confident is so necessary to any persons life. One of the most valuable ways to remain healthy and beautiful is by your eating habits. Having a healthy diet consisting of all the vitamins and nutrients you need will keep you beautiful, energetic, and happy is so helpful in the long run. Here are some of my favorite foods that have a great impact on your health and natural beauty.

Strawberries

Strawberries are amazing for skin. They help build collagen and only one cup of them has a whole days worth of Vitamin C.

Avocado

Avocados are one of my favorite foods and they are loaded with vitamins C and E. They are low in carbs and help moisturize dry skin and hair. They help with aging skin cells.

Green Tea

Green tea has so many benefits with health and beauty. Green tea stimulates hair growth and keeps skin from aging. Another way to use green tea is by placing two tea bags under your eyes to reduce dark circles and puffiness.

Low sugar greek yogurts are incredible for your health! I eat a cup of plain greek yogurt every morning because it fills me up, helps my skin, and strengthens hair and nails. Greek yogurt is also an immune system booster.

THE BEST OF THE BEST

Buying products is my addiction. Trying out new things always gets me so excited, and I think by now I know the best of the best in the world of products. Weather they are new to my vanity or have been with me throughout years, here is my list of the products that you need!

Mario Badescu Silver Powder and Mario Badescu Glycolic Acid Toner

Out of all the products I have used on my T-zone, Mario Badescu’s Silver Powder has been my favorite. It’s so easy to use and has helped reduce oil and buildup on my t-zone only after a few uses. I apply it with a damp cotton ball and let it sit for 15 minutes. I take it off with another cotton ball drenched in Mario Badescu’s Glycolic Acid Tone.

Jo Malone White Sage and Sea Salt Cologne

I’m getting so ready for spring and summer and I recently got Jo Malone’s White Sage and Sea Salt Cologne and it smells amazing. It’s settles so nicely and stays fresh all day.

This is seriously up there on my list of favorites of all time. I use it to thin out my foundation and as a light moisturizer and have ran through so many bottles over the past few months!

Milk Makeup Sunshine Oil

Again with the oils! I can’t stop. Milk Makeup’s sunshine oil is my go to for glowy skin. I roll a little on to my fingers and just apply it all over my face on no makeup days and under my makeup to make everything a little bit more natural looking.

NEW HAIR PRODUCTS

There is something about getting new products that makes me way too excited. I love testing new products out and seeing what works the best for me. Recently I’ve been binge shopping hair products and have come across some great things that are totally worth writing about. Here are my recent faves for hair!

Ouai Hair Oil

Celebrity hair stylist Jen Atkin’s haircare brand “Ouai” has been the talk of the hair industry for quite some time now. Right when her brand came out I tried her Dry Shampoo and loved it! One of my latest buys from Ouai has been hair oil. I use it right after I get out of the shower and sometimes on my dry hair for a sleek look. Not only does this product make my hair appear to look great, but it also helps strengthen and repair hair.

Kopari Coconut Melt

This product is AMAZING. Made out of 100% pure coconut oil, Kopari’s Coconut Melt is the perfect product for locking in moisture. I apply Coconut Melt on my ends before my showers, almost like a hair mask, and shampoo residue off.

R+Co Death Valley Dry Shampoo

I use dry shampoo ALL the time. It’s the perfect hair pick-me-up and adds so much texture to my hair. I got a sample of R+Co’s Dry Shampoo in my birch box a few months back and used it up so quickly!

Ouai Volume Shampoo and Conditioner

Volume is a must for my hair. I always need to have my hair hydrated, but along with that, your hair could end up looking pretty flat. Ouai’s Volume Shampoo and Conditioner is the perfect mix of getting volume but keeping hair healthy and moisturized.

Living Proof Restore Mask Treatment

Using a hair mask once a week is seriously one of the best things I’ve figured out to do for my hair. They are great for repairing ends, moisturizing, and keeping your hair looking the best it can! Living Proof’s Restore Hair Treatment is awesome and has been my go-to recently.
